Making a Claim

Step 1: Express Interest

Click "I Want This" on any listing

Step 2: Wait for Response

The donor reviews requests and may:

  • Accept immediately
  • Ask questions first
  • Decline (rare, with reason)

Step 3: Confirm Details

Once accepted:

  • Check the chat for donor contact
  • Coordinate pickup time
  • Confirm address/location
  • Plan your transport

Preparing for Pickup

What to Bring

  • Appropriate vehicle
  • Blankets/towels for protection
  • Help for heavy items
  • Printed listing (optional)
  • Photo ID

Transport Planning

Small items:

  • Car, taxi, rideshare

At the Pickup
